Zulum clears N8 billion backlog of gratuities, pensions

The Borno State Governor, Babagana Zulum, has approved the payment of an N8 billion backlog of gratuities to retired civil servants in the state. According to him, the N8 billion payment clears the 2019 and 2021 backlogs of state government liabilities of pensions and gratuities.
